Our winner today is Coconut Mango Rice Pudding by Evil Shenanigans.
You may think I was a little biased in the decision today, considering my origin and love for coconut. Of course that is one of the reason for which the award goes to the pudding. Still, there are are plenty of reasons, like the presentation, explanation, etc too. So, congratulations Evil Shenanigans.
